PRICING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
When making the reservation, 100% of the established price will be paid.
Payment methods

- Payment by credit card (on the booking platform or web link)).
- bank transfer.
- PayPal (with a 3% commission on the final price).
Cancellation conditions
In the event of cancellation, there is a right to a refund, always taking into account the following deadlines:
- If the cancellation occurs 72 hours before the start time of the session, the full amount will be refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs between 72 and 24 hours before the start time of the session, 50% of the amount will be refunded..
- If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start time of the session, no refund will be issued.
Discounts
Discounts based on the number of reserved places:
- Between 4 and 6 places: 5% discount on the total amount.
- More than 7 places: 10% discount on the total amount.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Once the workshop is finished, the pieces need to be fired in the kiln. We usually deliver them from 7:00 PM the following day, although sometimes this is not possible. Please keep this in mind if you are in a hurry to collect them; feel free to ask us. We can also arrange postal shipping to wherever you indicate, you just need to pay the shipping costs (this option is only available for shipments to EU countries). For shipments outside the EU, we take care of the packaging and you handle the shipping..
