PRICING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

When making the reservation, 100% of the established price will be paid. 

Payment methods

Las formas de pago disponibles son:

  • Payment by credit card (on the booking platform or web link)).
  • bank transfer. 
  • PayPal (with a 3% commission on the final price).
Cancellation conditions

In the event of cancellation, there is a right to a refund, always taking into account the following deadlines:

  • If the cancellation occurs 72 hours before the start time of the session, the full amount will be refunded.
  •  If the cancellation occurs between 72 and 24 hours before the start time of the session, 50% of the amount will be refunded..
  •  If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start time of the session, no refund will be issued.
Discounts

Discounts based on the number of reserved places:

  • Between 4 and 6 places: 5% discount on the total amount.
  • More than 7 places: 10% discount on the total amount.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Una vez finalizado el taller, las piezas deben cocerse en el horno. Normalmente las entregamos a partir de las 19:00 h del día siguiente, aunque a veces no es posible. Téngalo en cuenta si tiene prisa por recogerlas, pregúntenos. También podemos organizar el envío por correo postal a donde nos indique, solo tiene que pagar los gastos de envío, gestión y embalaje. 

Si desea solicitar el envío, debe enviarnos un correo a la dirección envios@barroazul.es, indicando todos sus datos personales, la dirección completa, un teléfono y correo de contacto, y en caso de enviarse fuera de la UE, también necesitaremos un documento de identificación.
